Reader, I’m having the best time writing this to you from beautiful Queenstown in New Zealand today.

I’ve spent the entire day curled up on the coach with my laptop half staring out the window and half thinking about what I want the rest of 2026 to look like.

Having this kind of white space, thinking space, breathing space makes me so happy Reader!

Unrushed! Is the word that comes to mind.

But there is also another word popping into my head as I’m planning and dreaming and organising things today…

It’s a word, I think, we’re all, all too familiar with at times.

A word, that if we ignore it too long, can grow arms and start reaching into spaces in our businesses that we don’t want it to reach into!

That word is "unclear".

‘Unclear’ is a bitch!!

When we are unclear about what to do next, we fall back on what’s familiar.

But you know what Einstein said about that, right?

“You can’t keep doing the same thing, and expect a different result”.

Unclear….keep posting and keep wondering why your list doesn’t grow.

Unclear…keep making the same offer that doesn’t convert and wonder why your income is unpredictable.

Unclear…keep doing the same launch and wonder why your business never grows.

See, unclear sucks!!
